Apparently Lindsay Lohan has filed a lawsuit against E-Trade. Claiming that their Super Bowl ad was taking a shot at her.

As a new mom, this commercial made me LMAO! We have joked since probably day one that Ella Grace is a milk-a-holic. Proof of that is in my blog in two places! Post 1 Post 2
It NEVER crossed my mind to think of this commercial in relationship to LL and her infamous drunken escapades. How about you?

I've seen the commercial a few times and never thought about LL. I am bummed that they changed the baby they use. The last baby looked just like DS1. :-(
